Founder and Creative DirectorJerry Lee a.k.a. Je'Lee a.k.a. Mr. Bomb City utilizes fashion and entertainment to heal and restore his hometown  Baltimore and other cities that have been plagued with crime, poverty and misfortune. 

     

  Je'Lee was born in Baltimore in the early 70's where he was heavily influenced by Baltimore's unique style, culture, music and dance scene. Early on he was often recognized as being gifted and talented, but struggled to overcome the circumstances of being a young black man in Baltimore.
